Counter person

We’re looking for a friendly and responsible Counter Person to join our La Crescenta–Montrose team. You’ll greet customers, take in orders, answer questions, handle payments, and help keep the front area clean and organized.

What you’ll do

Welcome customers and help with drop-off and pickup
Tag items, enter orders, and write clear notes (stains, special requests, timelines)
Answer simple questions about services and turnaround times
Handle payments and keep the counter area neat
Double-check orders at pickup so customers leave with the right items
Communicate clearly with the team when something needs attention

What we’re looking for

Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Basic English (Spanish is a plus)
Organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working with a team
Reliable attendance and professional behavior
